Too much back and forth
The case leaves incomplete, the insurer asks for an addition, and every exchange costs a week.
Swiss software
A clear flow between HR, the insurer and the documents. Less back and forth. More visibility. Complete traceability.
The database is hosted in Switzerland. Medical data partitioning is enforced in the database.

A long term absence means two years of follow up, around thirty deadlines, four insurers and medical confidentiality to respect. In a small or medium company, one person often handles all of it, between payroll and purchasing, twice a year.
The case leaves incomplete, the insurer asks for an addition, and every exchange costs a week.
The same certificate is read, copied, sent, filed. Four times.
Nobody knows which deadline is coming, nor what has already been done.
Day 1
Entitlements are calculated straight away: days of salary owed under art. 324a CO, end of the protected period under art. 336c CO, waiting period, pension premium waiver, early disability insurance detection, the 730 day horizon. Every figure carries its date and its calculation source.
The information, schedules and calculations provided by the software support administrative follow up. They do not constitute legal advice and must be verified against the applicable contractual, collective agreement and individual situation.

Orchestration
An orchestration engine runs continuously, moves every step forward, follows up, and escalates whatever stalls. You no longer steer from memory.

Employee space
From their phone they see where their case stands, what is expected of them, their entitlements in figures, and the log of who consulted their medical file. Calls to the HR department collapse.

This is not an interface promise, it is a refusal by the database.
HR sees the periods of incapacity for work and the rates it needs for payroll. It sees neither the doctor's name, nor the GLN number, nor the diagnosis. The partitioning is enforced directly in the database. If the interface vanished tomorrow morning, it would still hold. And every consultation of a medical document is recorded. The employee reads that log themselves, from their phone.
The partitioning is verified by a battery of automated checks run after every database update.
From fifty to several thousand employees, on one site or many, with subsidiaries and a consolidated view. The HR department wins back the time it spent chasing documents.
ClaimFlow 360 is designed on a path toward interfacing with Swiss benefits processing standards. It is not KLE / Swissdec certified to date.
